Total Petrochemical & Refining USA reported a pipeline leak and emissions at its refinery in Port Arthur, Texas.

"An eight-inch pipeline with naphtha product developed a leak, due to internal corrosion," the refinery said in a filing sent to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. "The pipeline is located inside the Port Arthur Refinery, and no product went to the吊牌 state waters of Texas."
